In this video, Pastor Bjorn shares a vision the Lord gave him about the Bride of Christ and the importance of Prayer.

Equipping, tooling and training are necessary for effective and fruitful life in the kingdom of God as well as in general life, work and “pursuit of happiness.” How important to have Godly teachers, friends and mentors! Start praying for your children, grandchildren and other family members to have the best possible educators and mentors!

Proverbs 22:6 (NIV)
Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it.

Moses was educated in all the wisdom of the Egyptians and was powerful in speech and action.

Philippians 4:8-9 (NIV)

No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it.

Prayer:

Lord, grant us (them) excellent EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES both spiritually and in general education. Pick the right schools, colleges, universities, seminaries, etc. for us (them) to attend. Grant us (them) Godly and outstanding administrators, teachers, professors, friends and mentors in Jesus’ Mighty Name. Amen

Daily Focus: Growing in Divine Wisdom and Favor

Divine wisdom is important to all believers in every decision and to live a Godly life in general. God has said, if we lack wisdom, just ask Him and He will provide what we need to make decisions according to His will and plans. Divine favor and blessings provides quality and prosperity in life and ministry. Remember to pray over your family and yourself prayers for divine wisdom and favor!

Scriptures:

James 1:5 (NIV)
If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him.

Psalm 32:8 (NIV)
I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you and watch over you.

2 Corinthians 6:2 (NIV)
For he says, “In the time of my favor I heard you, and in the day of salvation I helped you.” I tell you, now is the time of God’s favor, now is the day of salvation.

Luke 2:52 (NIV)
And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men.

Prayer:

LORD JESUS, grant our children, grandchildren and families to grow abundantly in DIVINE WISDOM and FAVOR with God and people. May Your blessings be showered out upon us frequently and plentifully-and subsequently release it to others through us to bless them generously. Knowing that “if You can get it (the blessings) through us and You can always get it to us”. In Jesus Almighty Name. Amen

 

Daily Focus: Perseverance and Stamina

Perseverance is an especially important characteristic in the Christian life; or we might be tempted to give up and cave in to God’s development in us and ministry through us. For example, Jesus spoke about the need to pray and to “continue to pray” and “never give up.” In the Book of Revelation, as the Christian Church approaches the consummation of the age, it speaks often about the need to persevere and to endure (“patient endurance”)

Matthew 7:7-8 (NLT)
7  “Keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you.
8  For everyone who asks, receives. Everyone who seeks, finds. And to everyone who knocks, the door will be opened.

Ephesians 4:13 (NLT)
This will continue until we all come to such unity in our faith and knowledge of God’s Son that we will be mature in the Lord, measuring up to the full and complete standard of Christ.

Ephesians 6:18 (NIV)
And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints.

Prayer:

Grant us (them), Holy Spirit, PERSEVERANCE and STAMINA in prayer, prayer ministry, in all mission and ministry, in Godly marriages and family relationships, excellence in school, work and in all of life. And may we (they) live in Christ’s love, holiness and wholeness reflecting GODLY CHARACTER. May we (they) be full of the Holy Spirit and always serve You, Jesus, in Your Almighty Name we pray. Amen

Daily Focus: Peacemakers and Jesus’ Compassion

Jesus was a peacemaker and He loved peacemakers. Yes, He could stir up righteous indignation and passion from time to time. However, Jesus longed for peace. For example, “Pray for the peace of Jerusalem. ”Peace is also an important fruit of the Holy Spirit. Love and compassion are significant characteristics of God the Father and Jesus His Son as it should be in His followers

Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called sons of God.

James 3:18 (NIV)
Peacemakers who sow in peace raise a harvest of righteousness.

Psalm 34:14 (NIV)
Turn from evil and do good; seek peace and pursue it.

Psalm 122:6-8 (NIV)
6  Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: “May those who love you be secure.
7  May there be peace within your walls and security within your citadels.”
8  For the sake of my brothers and friends, I will say, “Peace be within you.”

Prayer:

Lord Jesus, let us (them) be PEACEMAKERS. May You empower us to be HUMBLE, and to hunger and thirst for RIGHTEOUSNESS, to be full of mercy and have much love and compassion for others like You, Jesus, in Your Mighty and Powerful Name we pray. Amen

Daily Focus: Spiritual Growth and Development – The Full Armor of God

Growth and development is natural to all living things. God expects all believers to grow and mature spiritually as well. Roadblocks, hindrances and obstacles are placed in our way in the walk-of-life. The full armor of God is both protection against the attempts of the enemies of the kingdom of God to slow down or block our developmental process and a reminder to grow and mature spiritually in our Christian walk.

Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light for my path.

Ephesians 4:12-13 (NIV)
… to prepare God’s people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up
13  until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.

Ephesians 6:10-18 (NIV)
10  Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power.
11  Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.
12  For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.

Prayer:

Lord, help our children, grandchildren and family members to be faithful to reading and memorizing YOUR WORD, prayer, witnessing, Christian disciplines (like fasting), spiritual warfare, interceding for others, including family and those who are lost, and may we (they) grow strong spiritually, emotionally, physically and relationally.
May we (they) also enthusiastically and joyfully lend a helping hand to people in need.
Put on us (them) the FULL ARMOR OF GOD every day: The Girdle of Truth, the Breastplate of Righteousness, Shoes of Peace, Shield of Faith, Helmet of Salvation, and the Sword of the Spirit – By grace in faith, cause us to walk in Spiritual Victory to Your glory and honor and praise and delight in Jesus’ Almighty Name. Amen.

Daily Focus: Life-Time Marriage Partner

Few choices in life are more important than the selection of a life-time marriage partner. It is therefore of paramount importance to start early to pray for God’s appointed partner to be prepared and released to our children and grandchildren according to God’s will and time

Ephesians 5:17 (NIV)
Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the Lord’s will is.

Ephesians 5:31 (NIV)
“For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh.”

Ephesians 5:33 (NIV)
However, each one of you also must love his wife as he loves himself, and the wife must respect her husband.

Proverbs 18:22 (NIV)
He who finds a wife finds what is good and receives favor from the LORD.

Prayer:

Heavenly Father, may You, even now, begin to prepare Your chosen MARRIAGE PARTNER for each of our children, grandchildren and other family members: marriage between one man and one woman only. No cohabitation, please. Bring them together in Your perfect will, time, and place. And may we (they) have only ONE marriage partner for life – no divorces in Jesus’ Matchless Name. Amen

 

Daily Focus: Forgiveness

God emphasizes the importance of forgiveness. Jesus forgave those who nailed Him to the cross. Stephen, the early church martyr, forgave those who stoned him to death. We are to forgive those who mistreat us and seek to harm us. Learning to live a lifestyle of forgiveness is one of the most important aspects of the Christian life

Scriptures:

Matthew 6:12 (NIV)
Forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.

Matthew 18:21-35 (NIV)
21  Then Peter came to Jesus and asked, “Lord, how many times shall I forgive my brother when he sins against me? Up to seven times?”
22  Jesus answered, “I tell you, not seven times, but seventy-seven times.
23  “Therefore, the kingdom of heaven is like a king who wanted to settle accounts with his servants.
24  As he began the settlement, a man who owed him ten thousand talents was brought to him.
25  Since he was not able to pay, the master ordered that he and his wife and his children and all that he had be sold to repay the debt.

34  In anger his master turned him over to the jailers to be tortured, until he should pay back all he owed.
35  “This is how my heavenly Father will treat each of you unless you forgive your brother from your heart.”

Prayer:

Lord God cause us (them) to live in a lifestyle of FORGIVENESS, forgiving and releasing all who have, who are, and who may wrong us (them) in the future. May we (they) always choose to live in forgiveness toward all, even as You have forgiven us. In Jesus’ Almighty Name. Amen

Daily Focus: Daily Provision

Jesus has promised to meet all of our needs according to “His riches in Christ Jesus”

Scriptures:

Matthew 6:11 (NIV)
Give us today our daily bread.

Philippians 4:19 (NIV)
And my God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus.

Prayer:

May You always “give us (them) this day our (their) daily bread” and EVERY DAILY PROVISION, and especially the most important “bread” of all, the BREAD OF LIFE, the Lord Jesus Christ in Jesus’ Matchless Name. Ame

 

Daily Focus: Prayer, Giving, Life and Work

Jesus, in Chapter Six of Matthew, encourages His followers to practice charitable giving, prayer and fasting. Jesus was an example to all people of faithfulness and generosity in all of life and ministry

Luke 18:1 (NIV)
Then Jesus told his disciples a parable to show them that they should always pray and not give up.

1 Timothy 2:1-2 (NIV)
I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone– for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness.

John 14:12-14 (NIV)
I tell you the truth, anyone who has faith in me will do what I have been doing. He will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father. And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Son may bring glory to the Father. You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it.

1 Timothy 6:18-19 (NIV)
Command them to do good, to be rich in good deeds, and to be generous and willing to share. In this way they will lay up treasure for themselves as a firm foundation for the coming age, so that they may take hold of the life that is truly life.

Prayer

Lord God, may our children, grandchildren and family be in Your Complete and Perfect Will, Time and Places in all things and at all times. Especially do we pray that this will be so with respect to our (their) PRAYER LIVES, Christian disciplines, spiritual gifts and  work habits. We ask for Your help with all of our church involvements. Empower us to be obedient to tithing of time, talents and treasures (resources). Thanks for being faithful to us and strengthen us to be faithful to You. And Holy Spirit, grant all of us (them) GENEROUS HEARTS in Jesus’ Almighty Name. Amen
