At the center of the PWI Vision of Prayer is a renewed emphasis on prayer, encouragement to pray, as well as spiritual growth and development.  There are 3 components to remember:

First, a Call to Prayer with Repentance, Fasting, and Worship

Scripture Foundations:

“…these I will bring to my holy mountain and give them joy in my house of prayer…for my house will be called a house of prayer for all nations” (Isaiah 56:7)

“I urge…that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone…This is good, and pleases God our Savior, who wants all men to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth” (1 Timothy 2:1-4)

“The time has come,” he (Jesus) said. “The kingdom of God is near. Repent and believe the good news!” (Mark 1:15)

Prayer: Almighty God, may the Christian Church globally enjoy a close personal relationship, deep intimacy, clear two-way communication, with a life-style of daily repentance and whole-hearted Bible-based  partnership with You – Father, Son and Holy Spirit, until the Lord returns for His Church.
